1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Nirvaana Yoga mobile application (“App”), operated by ZenHabitX Tech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Services

The App provides yoga and wellness-related content, including personalized yoga asana and pranayama recommendations based on information provided by users, such as health conditions, lifestyle, food habits, stay type, and yoga experience.

The App includes:
• Free access to selected yoga and wellness content;
• Personalized recommendations free for a limited trial period of one (1) week; and
• Paid subscription plans for continued access to personalized services and premium content.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App is intended only for general wellness, fitness, and educational purposes. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Users must consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any yoga, breathing, fitness, or wellness program, especially if they:
• are pregnant;
• have any medical condition;
• suffer from injuries or chronic illnesses;
• experience pain, dizziness, breathing issues, or discomfort.

The Company is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the App or its content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Users under 18 may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

5. User Information and Personalization

To provide personalized recommendations, the App may collect user-provided information such as:

• age and gender;
• yoga experience;
• food habits;
• lifestyle preferences.

The Company may limit or withdraw free trial offers at its discretion.

8. User Responsibilities

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenHabitX Tech shall not be liable for:
• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• injuries or health issues arising from yoga practice;
• loss of data, profits, or business interruption;
• reliance on personalized recommendations.

Use of the App is entirely at the user’s own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user information.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including:
